I’m no expert by any means, but here are some tips I thought I’d share with you to give you that boost of confidence when you feel like your body is not coping with your mood. They work for me, but they might not work for you. So read along and tell me in the comments if you do any of these!

2. Pimp up your sleep routine
Get some new pyjamas or get a massive pamper session, up to you. But what I’m trying to say is that little things make us feel better than a good night’s sleep. I take my showers at night, so if I’m feeling a bit down, I would probably do a whole pamper session with an exfoliator, moisturiser, and maybe even paint my toe nails before going to bed! Anything to keep my mind off what’s stressing me and to feel a little more beautiful.
