March Box
In this month’s beauty box, I received:
Everyday Minerals Velvet Eyes Eyeshadow
This velvety-soft, tan eyeshadow with pearlescent sheen is perfect for highlighting the lid, brow bone, inner corners, and even the tops of your cheek bones. I recently featured it on my What I Eat In A Day video on Youtube, where I mentioned how it’s the perfect eyeshadow for an easy day look and that I’ve been enjoying it wearing with just mascara. I can’t wait to wear it in my inner corner and on my cupid’s bow as well for a more dewy look!
Konjac Sponge Co 100% Pure Konjac Angel Cloth
Made entirely of Konjac (Konnyaku) plant, this pure vegetable fiber cloth will replace your staple muslin or towel. This super soft sponge only need to get wet under the showers and will gentle cleanse your skin without any need of cleansers. Developed by the Japanaese, I knew about Konjac sponges for a while but had never had the chance to try them! I can confirm that this sponge gently exfoliates and is a pleasure to use. I normally remove my make up with the Sukin micellar water, followed by the Sukin cream cleanser, and use this amazing sponge to clean my sensitive skin to perfection.
Yarok Feed Your Roots Mousse
I’ll admit it, I have a lot of hair and it’s all thin. So when this came I got quite excited to try it out! It’s a volumising mousse and all you need to do is massage a golf ball of this product into your roots, dry with hair dryer or not, and style as usual. I must say that this product made my hair dirty quicker than usual, but the day I used it I had amazing hair. I’d probably use this the days I really need a ‘oomph’ or for a special occasion probably.
Kahina Giving Beauty Argan Oil
This is an ultra-nourishing, 100% organic argan oil that is lightweight, absorbing easily into the skin. Adding instant glow, I use argan oil to remove my makeup and also as a serum when I feel like my skin is dry. I’ve also used it on the tips of my hair, to give them extra nourishment. I like this one for its portable size and can feel it’s really good quality argan oil!
Verdict
This box is worth $48, so probably the cheapest one I’ve received so far and the argan oil to be the most expensive item. Of this beauty box I would probably re-purchase the Konjac sponge actually, it felt like a spa at home!
If you subscribe to the Petit Vour Beauty Box, you get a free gift with any full-size purchase and any non-subscription purchase gives 20% back in reward points. So you are always wining! Also, if you review the products inside the box they’ll add $1 per product reviewed, so $5 to shop at Petit Vour next time.
